McGregor, brings three decades of global experience to the table:• 1990: Co-founded Telecom McGregor (later Telemac Corporation), pioneering prepaid mobile services. Acquired by Tracfone Wireless.• 2000s: Led Q Technologies Corporation, advancing mobile network analytics. Acquired by RootMetrics.• 2010s: Headed Validus Technologies Corporation, pushing boundaries in biometric security until market shifts led by Apple's acquisitions.• Present: Co-founded Vesto LLC, developing blockchain solutions for financial markets.This rich history in telecommunications, analytics, and blockchain technology forms the foundation of SLC's cutting-edge approach to identity verification and security.

Eric Maloney
Eric is a Technology Strategist at Microsoft with over 25 years of experience working with financial industry leaders during roles at JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, KPMG, Blue Prism, and Axis Group. His world-class expertise in facilitating Digital Transformations encompasses everything from ideation to technical design. He is a Co-Founder and sits on SLC’s Board of Directors.
Rob Furst
Rob Furst has over 40 years’ experience as a successful investor in the financial markets including venture capital, private equity, and commodities and futures trading, as well as co-founding an alternative investment fund subject to FINRA regulation. As a founding investor in a myriad of start-ups across diverse industries, Rob has served as a Board Member, Advisor and/or CEO as required by these various ventures. A longtime member of the Chicago Board of Trade, he has a keen interest in fintech. Rob is both an attorney and certified public accountant.
Brian Lancaster
Brian Lancaster brings to SLC over 40 years of experience as an IT operations specialist with IBM, HSBC, EkkoSense, and as Director of BLMS Consulting. His specialty lies in enhancing IT operational resilience through strategic assessment and risk reduction, having led global technical teams and critical service reviews across major financial institutions. As founder of BLMS Consulting and author of "Avoiding IT Meltdown," he provides strategic IT resilience consulting to organizations of all sizes.
Phil Pickard
Phil Pickard brings to SLC over 35 years of investment market experience in equity markets from both buy and sell-side perspectives, including James Capel (HSBC), Cazenove (JP Morgan), Fox-Pitt, Kelton (bought by Macquarie Bank) and latterly, Berenberg Bank. He is a Chartered Insurer and an active member of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers. With a particular focus on the financial sectors including the non-bank financials he has seen the growth of fintech and other new entrants to public markets including the legal sector. In recent years Phil has been involved, as investor, advisor and introducer, in both quoted and unquoted markets, including cybersecurity and blockchain and currently chairs a small private legal business.
Richard Coleman
Richard had a distinguished career in banking and equity research, serving as European Sector Head of banks research at ABN AMRO Equities after six years at Merrill Lynch as UK banks analyst and later Head of European banks research. Beginning his career at Barclays in 1983, he held roles in Strategic Planning and Investor Relations before transitioning to stockbroking with James Capel (now HSBC Securities) from 1989 to 1994. He played key roles in major transactions, including HSBC’s acquisition of Midland Bank (1992), the flotations of Halifax plc (1997) and Bradford & Bingley (2000), and RBS’s acquisition of NatWest (2000), as well as Crédit Agricole’s flotation (2001). He later consulted for Grison’s Peak Limited, a financial services advisory boutique, until 2004.
Richard O’Connor
Richard O'Connor brings to SLC extensive FTSE 10 banking experience with a distinguished career spanning roles at HSBC and RBS (now NatWest). As HSBC's Global Head of Investor Relations and current Non-Executive Director for their Latin America subsidiary, he has worked closely with C-suite executives and boards across equity, fixed income, and ESG matters. His current advisory roles with Embera Partners and Bain & Company complement his deep expertise in capital raising and investor relations at the highest corporate levels.
Tom Rayner
Tom Rayner brings to SLC over 25 years of financial market experience as a distinguished economist and sell-side equity analyst specializing in UK and European banks. His career spans top-ranked European bank research teams, where he consistently ranked in the top ten individually and served as corporate broker to major institutions including Lloyds, HBOS, and Barclays. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and current Strategic Advisor at SLC Corporation, he brings extensive experience in institutional research, regulatory engagement, and public market analysis.
Adrian Martinez
Adrian Martinez brings to SLC 30 years of comprehensive financial services experience, including senior roles at Citibank and HSBC. As former Chief Risk Officer of US Retail Banking at Citibank and Head of Operational Risk & Internal Control at HSBC, he brings deep expertise in enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and banking operations.
4M Group
4M Group brings to SLC deep expertise in ecosystem building across banking, defense, infrastructure, and energy sectors. Founded by global markets veterans, they differentiate themselves through an integrated approach that combines strategic advisory, precision capital deployment, and long-term partnership engagement. Their model extends beyond traditional transaction-based advisory to create connected marketplaces and drive sustained business value acceleration.
Ed Parker
Edward Parker brings to SLC a unique combination of global investment banking experience and British Army leadership. As a banking veteran and former military officer, he specializes in building strategic relationships between family offices and growth enterprises. His expertise lies in stakeholder management, governance implementation, and leading high-performing teams with a focus on clear direction and effective execution.
David Petrie
David brings to SLC over 25 years of investment banking experience as a former Deutsche Bank and Barclays executive. As co-founder of 4M Group, he specializes in strategic portfolio management and transformative partnerships across infrastructure, energy, defense, and banking sectors. His expertise spans traditional finance and emerging DeFi applications, with particular focus on strengthening national security and banking system resilience through innovative financial solutions.
Roberto Maranca
Roberto brings to SLC extensive data leadership experience as a recognized industry thought leader and former Chief Data Officer at major institutions including Schneider Electric, Lloyds Banking Group, and GE Capital International. Currently serving as SLC's Data Advisor, he combines over 20 years of expertise in data excellence, governance, and digital transformation with deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and enterprise risk management.
Danny Herbert
Danny brings to SLC over 25 years of expertise in talent acquisition and technology staffing as founder and CEO of SOLA Group. His experience spans enterprise-wide transformation across financial services, technology, Web3, and cloud computing sectors. As an AWS Business Professional and Snowflake partner, he specializes in delivering bespoke talent solutions and facilitating international expansion for US tech firms into UAE, UK, and EU markets through SOLA's innovative incubation model.
